I decided to organize my recipes after completing our handy new Magnetic Menu Board. It began with a few mis-matched binders that I covered with fabric (tutorial here). Then I began filling the inside:
Supplies:
- Binder
- Clear plastic sleeves – I use these for temporary recipes that I print from websites. If the recipe is approved by the family then I transfer it to a Recipe Card
- Recipe Cards Free Printable – These are half page size and fit in the Martha Stewart Protectors. This is my first PDF form so hopefully it works, you should be able to type directly on the PDF.
- Here is a dropbox download link if you have problems with Google Docs
Love my Dahle Cutter makes cutting so easy![]()
Added labeled tabs on the side, still have a few more to add

Magnetic Menu Board Magnets stay inside recipe binder

Hi
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great printable! when I click on it though, it opens with google docs and is not editable. Did you have an editable PDF- can you email it libby.rosenberg@gmail.com
Did you download the PDF onto your computer or just view it in Google Docs?
ReplyDeleteI downloaded the file from Google Docs opened in Acrobat Reader to double check that it was working, everything is good on my end. Please let me know if you continue to have problems, I'm new to the Acrobat Forms so might be a few kinks to work out.
DeleteI am just beginning to organize my home and your site is so helpful. Thanks!
